Game Speed: Lacrosse Conditioning
The primary objective of our conditioning program is to increase overall team speed and functional strength, while building fourth quarter endurance. This lacrosse specific program is designed in fifteen minute increments with a total of sixty minutes for four quarters. Each fifteen minute quarter increases with intensity and decreases with rest time. This scientifically designed program will condition the athlete to produce an increase in speed and power while performing lacrosse specific drills during the lactic acid phase of training. For a team to be successful they must get stronger as the game progresses, and the fourth quarter is where the majority of games are won!
The Game Speed lacrosse conditioning program utilizes:
- Dynamic Flexibility / Injury Prevention Movements
- Linear / Lateral Speed Drills / Stations
- CORE / Functional Lacrosse Power Drills / Stations
- Lacrosse Specific Agility / Endurance Stations
- Fourth Quarter Conditioning / Endurance Drills
