Game Speed: Functional Lacrosse Speed & Strength

Our program has been scientifically designed to enhance each individual and/or team member's speed, agility, functional strength, and flexibility. Each athlete will be in mid-season form in regards to their game speed, lacrosse specific strength, and individual conditioning, leading up to their first day of practice.

Far beyond traditional lifting weights and running on the track, this lacrosse performance training program utilizes the most advanced techniques and protocols in speed and functional lacrosse strength training and will give you a competitive advantage over your opponent. This program will ensure that after completion of the program, you and/or your team will be well-conditioned lacrosse players who can perform to the best of your physical ability and to the expectations of your coaching staff.
