From our D1 Advantage: agility / conditioning point of view, lacrosse players are one of the few groups of athletes that need to be as fast as they run forward, backwards, and sideways without getting fatigued! The "old" school conditioning methods of just running around a track until you reach total body fatigue is a "thing" of the past. At D1 Advantage, we use the most cutting-edge agility / conditioning drills, power stations, and running drills to ensure that every lacrosse player that participates in our program will be in peak performance shape on their first day of practice! All lacrosse positions will benefit from both our aerobic and anaerobic agility / endurance training. Our "fourth quarter" agility / conditioning program is guaranteed to improve overall lacrosse performance over a sixty minute game period.
