Team Training
Our team training program is designed for an entire lacrosse team! The team training sessions will usually be performed for 45 to 60 minutes at the beginning or at the end of your team practice. The length of time for each training session will be determined by the age, grade, and goals of each individual team. The training location is determined by each individual team.
