Endurance and lacrosse functional strength are keys to winning and go hand in hand with building a successful lacrosse player and team. But, nothing could be more critical than staying healthy, one of the main goals of our lacrosse performance training program! Lean muscle mass along with tensile joint strength helps athletes avoid injury and heal more quickly, if an injury does occur. When muscles are strong, they are prepared to support the whole body through rigorous and intense competition. That is why this training occurs long before the season begins. Both of our Functional Lacrosse Speed & Strength and Lacrosse Conditioning training protocols are designed to not only increase an athlete's lacrosse performance, but to prevent injuries.
