Individual Training
Our individual lacrosse training program is broken down by age and grade range and is designed for the specific purpose of becoming a better lacrosse player! Our lacrosse specific program includes a dynamic warm-up period, lacrosse speed drills, lacrosse agility drills, functional lacrosse strength training, core work, cardio conditioning and conclude with a cool-down of flexibility exercises. Our sessions will run 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the age/ grade range.
