The primary objective of D1 Advantage and the Game Speed: Lacrosse Performance Training protocol is to increase overall individual and / or team speed and functional lacrosse strength, while building fourth quarter endurance. This scientifically designed program will condition the lacrosse athlete to produce an increase in speed and power while performing lacrosse specific drills and strength movements. For an individual or team to have an advantage over their opponents and to be successful at the game of lacrosse, they must get stronger and faster as the game progresses!
